iPhone 8 may not arrive until next year


Analysts from Deutsche Bank noted in a report from ValueWalk that Apple’s next iPhone launch may be delayed until sometime next year. That’s from sources at Apple’s manufacturing partner Foxconn, who said that we might only see an iPhone 7s and 7s Plus, which will basically be incremental upgrades to the 2016 model and its larger sibling. The delay is said to be chalked up to “key component shortages and technical challenges,” but it’s unclear as to exactly what might be holding things up.
