PowerPoint can now translate your presentations on the fly


At its Build developer conference in Seattle today, Microsoft unveiled a handy new plugin for its PowerPoint presentation app that allows for instant translation of your slide deck. The Presentation Translator plugin, which you can add to PowerPoint’s desktop app, leverages Microsoft’s Translation APIs to translate content into 10 languages in real-time, while preserving the formatting you’ve set for your material. That includes Arabic, Chinese, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish.
