Making a Murderer is the best original show on Netflix. It is a mind-fuck sandwich with plot-twist dressing. Yesterday the real-life drama behind the documentary series took another surprising turn. The show’s focus, Steven Avery, may be going back to trial. On June 7th Kathleen Zellner and Associates submitted new evidence and post-trial requests in the Steven Avery case. The 1,272-page document claims Avery deserves a new chance to prove his innocence — because they know who the killer is.
