Early 2017, experts made predictions about gaming trends to watch out for. Some people called it right, some called it wrong. Some of the trends predicted included an increase in VR device adoption rate, the rise of eSports, even more mainstream adoption of wearables and the death of “console generations.” Some of these trends have happened, some haven’t.
