Qualcomm announces the Always On Windows PC


In today’s Snapdragon Summit, Qualcomm announced its partnership with Microsoft: an Always On, Always Connected PC with the kind of battery life most of us have always dreamt about. While showcasing the device, Qualcomm emphasized the dizzying amount of battery life that the Always On PC will have — upwards of 20 hours of battery life. According to Terry Myerson, Microsoft’s executive vice president of Windows and devices, the device can be charged as little as once a week. Qualcomm also showed how the Always On PC would take the best of the smartphone and bring it to a laptop.…
